My name is Elliot Johnson-Paul, I am a young passionate chef with a hunger and desire for success at the highest level. Growing up I loved to help my mum as and when I could in the kitchen. This soon turned into a passion to become a Chef with the drive to develop and refine my skills to the uppermost conceivable level.
I gained a job at the prestigious Petersham Hotel at the age of 15, this provided me with a taste of what was to come. Having worked every possible hour at the hotel I could, I learnt of the opportunity to try to win a scholarship at Bournemouth and Poole College on the Specialised Chef Scholarship programme. As it happens I won the last place.

This presented me with the opportunity to learn my trade at Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane. Having spent a combined 3 years plying my trade at the hotel and learning my skills at college I graduated with a distinction in both cookery and pastry. I felt the time was right for my next challenge, this brought me the doorway of Claridges. Having really learnt how to cook at the highest level I left to pursue a slightly different path. My next decision led me to taking the plunge and branching out on my own, setting up my business- JP Dining.

Running my own business has opened many a door and presented me with fabulous opportunities to showcase my skills and passion, cooking for the likes of David Cameron, Theresa May, the owners of Taittinger and famous footballer John Terry. My business provides restaurant quality food eaten within the comfort of your home and my services range from small dinner parties 8 in number, to sit down wedding breakfasts and everything in between.
